Flashcom points the finger of blame at PacBell for all of the problems I've had. It just ain't so. PacBell was always responsive. Beware that Flashcom decided to cut my speed from 384k to 192k after six weeks of service, and tried to convince me that they were doing me a favor in the long run. I've also been double billed, and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned. I've posted the full story here recently.
